This is our new version our famous Anatomically Correct Heart Locket. It is more compact allowing us to use precious materials such as gold and diamonds making this the loveliest expression of love.
The locket contains a super sparkly natural salt and pepper diamond measuring 4mm in diameter (0.25ct)
