Our FREYJA pendant showcases a luminous boulder opal from Coober Pedy, Australia set in 9K yellow gold. The opal is has warm, bright colours of bronze, cognac, yellow and pretty washes of bright blue.
The pendant measures 13.3 x 9.6mm.
The sun like setting was carved by hand for this particular opal. It is a one off piece.
We have presented this pendant on a locally made 9K yellow gold chain measuring 45cm.
Freyja was the Norse goddess associated with love, beauty, fertility, sex, war, and gold.
