Warranty, Exchange policy and Change of mind
Jewellery purchased from our online store comes with a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturing faults and defects. It does not cover accidental breakage and general wear and tear, such as scratched, tarnished or faded jewellery.
If another jeweller undertakes work on one of our pieces, including resizing or repairs, our warranty will be voided.
Please note, fine jewellery is delicate and should be handled carefully. Take care of your jewellery with a soft cloth and avoid contact with strong chemicals, cleaning products, water, creams, and perfumes. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding care or more specific material details.
We offer exchanges for two weeks after the purchase date. Longer periods can be negotiated at the time of purchase. Reach out to our sales staff to see if we can help you.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund due to change of mind is not covered under Australian consumer laws so please choose carefully.
Please note that there is no right to an exchange or refund if you simply change your mind about a Product or if you incorrectly placed your order. However, for items where an incorrect colour, style or model has been chosen, as long as the product is returned in its original packaging within 14 days after the product is delivered, Corky Saint Clair may decide in it's discretion to offer you a credit or exchange.
Note that in these circumstances no credit or exchange will be issued until a return authority ("RA") has been generated and the item has been returned to Corky Saint Clair and inspected. Additional shipping charges may apply depending on the size of the product. Please contact the Corky Saint Clair team or Support Team as set out below if you would like to discuss this.
Unless you are returning your product because it is faulty or otherwise does not comply with a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law (Australian purchases) or Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand purchases) ("Consumer Guarantee"):
1. you must contact Corky Saint Clair team or Support Team as set out below first to generate a RA;
2. your product(s) must be returned in the original packaging;
3. delivery charges are non-refundable.

Credits and exchanges are based on the price paid for the original product. If, however, your product is exchanged because it is faulty or otherwise does not satisfy the Consumer Guarantees included in the Australian Consumer Law (Australian purchases) or Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand purchases), the replacement product must be an identical type or of equivalent value and type to the original product.
This process is in addition to any further rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Australian purchases) and Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand purchases).
Australian Customers: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods otherwise fail to meet a consumer guarantee in the Australian Consumer Law.
New Zealand Customers: Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA), you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a failure of substantial character and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage that could have been expected to result from the products failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality or fail to comply with another guarantee in the CGA.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
