LUMINARY takes its shape from the crescent moon, a form recurring across jewellery and ornament for thousands of years. The curved sterling silver surface catches and redirects light as the piece moves, creating shifting highlights across its arc. Suspended from a 42cm Italian made sterling silver chain, the pendant sits close to the body.

Set into the crescent is a natural Australian sapphire sourced from Central Queensland, secured in a traditional star setting where fine cuts made into the silver create a radiating pattern around the stone.
